Spiced Berry Smoothie Recipe

Loaded with cinnamon, ginger and vanilla which all help to regulate and cleanse the bloodstream; plus berries that are chock-full of antioxidants that fight off disease. Live long and drink smoothies! 1 cup frozen rasberries 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 3 frozen bananas  1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 cm chunk fresh ginger 1/4 teaspoon chunk vanilla bean 2-3 cups water or plant milk, as needed. Spirulina Healing Power Smoothie Recipe

Powerful because spirulina has a ton of protein to make ya strong, and healing because this drink contains turmeric which is fantastic for recovery after a workout. I love this before AND after exercise.  4 frozen bananas 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon spirulina powder 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 2-3 cups water or plant milk Blend it all up and drink it all down.
