All the ingredients in this recipe are excellent for your skin, and more importantly: your body in general (your skin IS your body, so it's no surprise that eating a ton of healthy foods that are good for your bod is a huge part of having naturally clearer skin). Turmeric is also a powerful anti-cancer food and it's absorbability goes up enormously when you consume it with black pepper, like we do here. P.S.
