Spiced Berry Smoothie Recipe

Loaded with cinnamon, ginger and vanilla which all help to regulate and cleanse the bloodstream; plus berries that are chock-full of antioxidants that fight off disease. Live long and drink smoothies!
1 cup frozen rasberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3 frozen bananas 
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 cm chunk fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon chunk vanilla bean
2-3 cups water or plant milk, as needed.
Blend everything together! Yum.
