Spirulina Healing Power Smoothie Recipe

Powerful because spirulina has a ton of protein to make ya strong, and healing because this drink contains turmeric which is fantastic for recovery after a workout. I love this before AND after exercise. 
4 frozen bananas
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
2-3 cups water or plant milk
Blend it all up and drink it all down. 
Green and healthy smoothie!
