RECIPE: Pumpkin Spiced Tonic

- 1 cup of coconut milk
- ½ cup of juiced carrot
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon of ginger
- ½ teaspoon of pumpkin spice
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Heat milk to 140 degrees on stove. Pour all other ingredients in blender and blend on high in your high speed blender. Add your hot milk and blend again. Pour into your favorite fall mug and you’ve got yourself a lovely, warming pumpkin spiced tonic. Move over pumpkin spiced latte, we’ve got a new, healthier, tastier fall drink in town!
