Recipe: Oil free vegan pesto

Ingredients
  • 4 cups unpacked basil
  • 1 ½ cups sunflower seeds
  • 3 oz lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt
  • 4 oz water

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender until sunflower seeds are smooth and all ingredients are well combined.
