All the ingredients in this recipe are excellent for your skin, and more importantly: your body in general (your skin IS your body, so it's no surprise that eating a ton of healthy foods that are good for your bod is a huge part of having naturally clearer skin). Turmeric is also a powerful anti-cancer food and it's absorbability goes up enormously when you consume it with black pepper, like we do here. P.S. Mint Vanilla Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Delicious, a beautiful colour and perfect for summer thanks to the mint leaves. Plus you get some extra hydrating properties from the cucumber! Blueberries, like most fruits, are full of anti-oxidants that help fight free radicals;​​​​​​​​ and bananas are great for fibre and digestion.  2 bananas 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup chopped cucumber 1 cup ice  1-2 cups almond milk, as desired 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder Handful mint leaves Blend it all up and enjoy!
