All the ingredients in this recipe are excellent for your skin, and more importantly: your body in general (your skin IS your body, so it's no surprise that eating a ton of healthy foods that are good for your bod is a huge part of having naturally clearer skin). Turmeric is also a powerful anti-cancer food and it's absorbability goes up enormously when you consume it with black pepper, like we do here. P.S. If you have some cantaloupe, that would be a terrific addition. 1/2 cup chopped carrot 1/2 cup chopped cucumber 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 2 frozen bananas...

Chia seeds and cilantro are super good at keeping your body clean and happy. 1 cup frozen pineapple 1 banana 1 orange 2 cups spinach 1/4 cup cilantro 1 tablespoon chia seeds 2 cups almond milk or water 1 medjool date Blend everything until smooth, add more liquid if you like. The colour is adorable, the taste is delicious, the nutrition is on point. You get all the vitamin C you need for the day in this smoothie, and a good chunk of fibre too. 2 apples 2 frozen bananas 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 1 cup pineapple 2-3 cups filtered water 1/4 cup soaked walnuts Blend it all up! YUM.
