Orange Smoothie Recipe for Glowing Skin

All the ingredients in this recipe are excellent for your skin, and more importantly: your body in general (your skin IS your body, so it's no surprise that eating a ton of healthy foods that are good for your bod is a huge part of having naturally clearer skin). Turmeric is also a powerful anti-cancer food and it's absorbability goes up enormously when you consume it with black pepper, like we do here. P.S. Detox Green Smoothie (recipe)

Chia seeds and cilantro are super good at keeping your body clean and happy.  1 cup frozen pineapple 1 banana 1 orange 2 cups spinach 1/4 cup cilantro 1 tablespoon chia seeds 2 cups almond milk or water 1 medjool date Blend everything until smooth, add more liquid if you like. The colour is adorable, the taste is delicious, the nutrition is on point. You get all the vitamin C you need for the day in this smoothie, and a good chunk of fibre too.  2 apples 2 frozen bananas 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 1 cup pineapple 2-3 cups filtered water 1/4 cup soaked walnuts Blend it all up! YUM.
