Chia seeds and cilantro are super good at keeping your body clean and happy.  1 cup frozen pineapple 1 banana 1 orange 2 cups spinach 1/4 cup cilantro 1 tablespoon chia seeds 2 cups almond milk or water 1 medjool date Blend everything until smooth, add more liquid if you like.
