Turmeric Berry Smoothie Recipe

The more I hear about turmeric, the more I know I should eat it everyday. It's great for everything! And while you might think it sounds weird to add turmeric to a fruit smoothie, it's actually delicious; the flavour is mild but enhances the rest of smoothie. Try it!
  • 3 peeled, frozen bananas
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 peeled tangelos 
  • 1 teaspoon chunk fresh turmeric (or use 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder)
  • 2-3 cups almond milk or water, as needed

Tumeric smoothie

Blend everything until smooth, adding liquid as needed.
